Refund Policy
The short version
- 30 days, full refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, ask us within 30 days of payment and we refund the full amount.
- No explanation required, no usage review, no conditions.
- The core imglean tool is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund on it.
1. What this policy covers
imglean's browser tool is free to use. This policy applies to any paid plan, where we offer one, purchased through our reseller. It does not apply to the free tier, where no payment is taken and therefore no refund can arise.
2. The guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the payment date and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why, and we will not review how much you used the service. This is a genuine guarantee: there are no exceptions and no deductions.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@imglean.com and mention the email address used at checkout. That is all we need in order to locate the order. You do not have to give a reason — but if you tell us what went wrong, it helps us fix it.

4. How the refund is paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the original currency. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Any tax charged on the purchase is refunded along with it. We do not charge a restocking fee, an administration fee, or any other deduction.
5. Subscriptions
Where a plan renews automatically, you may cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund one already taken — if you want that refunded, simply ask within 30 days as set out above and it will be.
6. Who sells to you
Paid plans are sold by our online reseller, who acts as the Merchant of Record. That means your purchase contract is with the reseller, and the reseller processes the refund on our instruction. You will never be passed back and forth between us over a refund: if you ask us, we handle it.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of your legal rights as a consumer, and does not replace them. If the law of your country of residence gives you a longer cancellation period or a stronger remedy — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content in the European Union and the United Kingdom — that right applies as well. Digital content is normally supplied immediately on purchase, which would end that withdrawal right; but our 30-day guarantee is longer and unconditional in any case, so nothing is lost.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, and will change the "last updated" date above when we do. We will not make a change that removes the guarantee for a purchase you have already made.
